August 12, 2009 - Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom is the greatest! As soon as you walk in you're greeted by a party of Disney celebrities all waving to you from an olden day choo choo train. And then we saw Cinderella's castle. It was humungous! We flew on the Magic Carpets of Aladdin, sailed with the Pirates of the Caribbean, rode on Cinderella's Golden Carousel, went along to the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, slept through Peter Pan's flight, and my Mama's personal favourite - "It's a small world."

We also went to Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, laughed with Monster's Inc, and took a walk down memory lane with Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress. It was a huge day! But that's not the end of it.. we also ate lunch in Pinocchio's Village, and visited Minnie and Mickey's houses. We'd planned to spend two days at Magic Kingdom because it's so very big, but we were really blitzing through it and at the rate we were going, there was going to be nothing left when we came back! Hooray for Papa's great planning!

We finished the day at the Toontown Hall of Fame Tent where I could meet more of the Disney Princesses and Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella and Belle were there! At first I was shy but it's only because they're so pretty, but when it was time to leave I embarassed myself again, and burst into tears because I wanted to spend more time there. Ma and Pa kept saying "c'mon let's see Mickey" which was really annoying because I know they were just trying to trick me into coming along.
